Certified
Our highly trained staff meets all DCF training requirements; in addition, each member holds a valid first aid/CPR certificate.
Screened
CLC is a drug free environment, staff members are randomly screened on a regular basis. Teachers are level 3 background screened with a letter of approval from the Department of Children and Family.
Training
All staff attends professional development workshops, and is required to have 30 hours in service training per year.
